Internal reporting channel (Law 2/2023)

Proquisur SL provides employees, collaborators, suppliers and anyone else connected with the organisation with an internal reporting channel, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

This channel can be used to report, securely and confidentially, any possible irregularities, acts or conduct that contravene the law, the Code of Ethics or the internal regulations of Proquisur SL.

The system guarantees at all times:

•    The confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and of any person mentioned in the report.

•    The possibility of making anonymous reports.

    •    The prohibition of reprisals against persons who make a report in good faith.

    •    The diligent and objective treatment of all information received.

•    Compliance with the obligations established by the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (AAI).
